add the button!

Use the directions below to add the PAIL blogroll button to your sidebar. Adding this button to your site will make it easy for you (and your readers) to navigate to the blogroll with just a click! You do not need to be on the blogroll to grab the button, nor do you need to add the button if you are on the blogroll.

PAIL Blogroll

WordPress users:

OPTION 1

  1. Add an ‘Image’ widget to your sidebar
  2. In the ‘Image URL’ field add:
    https://pailbloggers.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/pail-blogroll.jpg
  3. In the ‘Link URL’ add:
    http://www.pailbloggers.wordpress.com/blogroll/
  4. Click save.
  5. Test the button!

OPTION 2

  1. In your Dashboard, click Appearance, then Widgets.
  2. Add a ‘Text’ widget to your sidebar.
  3. Paste in the code below into the box and click save.

Blogger users:

OPTION 1

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Layout.
  2. Click ‘Add a Gadget’ and choose ‘Picture’.
  3. In the ‘Link’ field use:
    http://www.pailbloggers.wordpress.com/blogroll
  4. In the ‘Image’ field use the link:
    https://pailbloggers.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/pail-blogroll.jpg
  5. Click save and then save your blog.
  6. Test the button!

OPTION 2

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Layout.
  2. Click ‘Add a Gadget’ and choose ‘HTML/Javascript’
  3. Paste in the code below into the content field and click save.

  4. Move the gadget into your sidebar by dragging it over.
  5. Hit save blog.
  6. Test the button!
